Paula is a life-long learner and continues to apply her life experiences to her practice. Trained at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, Paula’s coaching style includes three elements: the science of coaching, which incorporates skills and tools; the art of coaching, working to identify what makes you uniquely you; and the heart of coaching, where a connection materializes creating a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.
Paula has an aptitude for finding people’s strengths and empowering them to find clarity in their lives. As a mom of four boys, she has been a mentor, sounding board, and advisor for her kids and their friends, too. Approachable, empathetic, and insightful, Paula is extremely in-touch with today’s world.
She is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential, ultimately finding inner peace and happiness within themselves and their lives.
Paula Seligman became a divorcee with two young children in her late twenties. Her struggle was real, and her inner critic often took over. She wondered how she was going to supplement her income, re-enter the dating world, and also be a good role model for her children. She discovered that divorce did not define her.
Paula emphasizes that you are the author of your own life; it all starts with you. Mindset and anchoring your values to align with your goals are crucial to success. The change doesn’t happen overnight, but by trusting the process and finding out who you are, the shift can lead you to success.
As a professional life coach, Paula’s presence helps facilitate change and creatively direct clients forward toward specific goals. Designing your life is about identifying your strengths and core values through self-realization to design a path that is uniquely your own. Together she will connect to unpack your barriers to growth, so that you can achieve clarity when developing your visions for your life, with an action plan leading you towards actualization.
