Chris Mowat completed an Honours Bachelor Degree of Kinesiology at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Then went onto complete a Master’s degree in Exercise Science (with a specialization in Strength & Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia.
Further to his education, Chris is CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certified with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 and Agatsu Kettle-bell Level 1.
He has been in the Personal Training industry for the last 10 years as both a Personal Trainer and Manager of a Personal Training department. Chris has worked with a large variety of client populations from clients rebuilding themselves after an injury, elite-level athletes and to people looking to transform their lives and bodies for the better.
