I graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1973. I have practiced law for over 40 years having been called to the Bar in Ontario in 1975. I have practiced Family Law, over that time, almost exclusively in Toronto and York Region and surrounding areas. I practice both Family Law litigation and as well I was a founding nember of the Toronto Collaborative Law Practice Group since its inception in 2000 when Collaborative Family Law first came to Ontario.
I have also been a member of the York Collaborative Practice Group in York Region where I also served on the executive for approximately 5 years. I am member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association and I am a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Newmarket Superior Court since 2010.
I am also a member of the Toronto Law Association and the York Region Law Association. I also have considerable experience in negotiation of parenting plans for children, child support and spousal support agreements and have represented many clients as well at mediations.
