This workshop takes you through a process of coming to terms with the pain inside to healing by acknowledging your story, learning about and working through your patterns that are not supportive to you. Giving yourself permission to see that the pain you feel is your own experience you don’t need to explain it, to judge it as good or bad, or to wish it had never happened. Pain is an indicator that something needs to be looked at and changed. We work with you to release and shift those unwanted patterns so that they work for you, not against you. This is a journey of healing and self awareness, that we kick start through the program. You will continue to build on the teachings after the workshop ends. The goal is to help you to find the truth of who you are.
The program is offered in a group setting so that as you work through your own pain and experiences you have the support of others who are going through similar yet different experiences, providing each other empathy and support. Working in a group will help you recognize your patterns more readily.
