I can say that I’m definitely in trouble by losing sight of the overall importance of custody agreements, especially when my divorce lawyer fails to keep on focused and the worst case is on the impact of these decisions, which is on our children. Been successfully done the legal divorce process for 3 years, but most of the time my ex-husband and I were always arguing for the period of time we get along with our 2 children (10 & 15), it’s just there is no proper scheduling and allocation of the session to visit them. Is it necessary to consider the ages and concern in both of my kids? In certain cases, its already been years since my ex-husband done the divorce legally, how many more years should I take the standards?
Thanks for the time. Holding high regards to open ideas and comments.
